Our Currculum
Co-Curricular Programme
At AFIIC, CO-CURRICULAR activity (CCA), previously known as extra curricular activity (ECA) is a non-academic that all pupils/students must undertake as part of their Education. CCAs are encouraged in primary level but compulsory in secondary education. Pupils/students can choose from the available clubs and society in AFIIC. The idea behind extracurricular activity is to broaden the child's experience and encourage the development of civic and personal values.
Structure Of Typical Co-Curricular Activity
Co-Curricular Activities are held outside of curriculum hours and the activities partaken depend on the nature of the particular CCA.
Why Co-Curricular Programs Are Important
At AFIIC, co-curricular activities provide a channel for reinforcing the lessons learned in the classroom, offering students the opportunity to apply academic skills in a real world context and are therefore considered part of a well-rounded education.
